Blake is awesome with simple women’s cuts! If you have fine flat hair, go to her, she gets it. My current hairdresser at another salon gave birth early and I just needed a trim, so I made an appointment with Blake. She was fast, friendly, and this may literally be the best haircut I’ve ever had. I wanted just a blunt cut to trim the dead ends and a trim around my swoop to clean it up a bit. Ten minutes later, I had the exact cut I wanted. Saved me hours at a salon, and I greatly appreciated how well she listened and the excellent service and cut! Will be back from now on!

Best Barbers in the County! Brittney ROCKS!

I’m tired of chain hair cut shops. I’m not looking for a full treatment, wash, wax, condition, scalp massage, gel, etc. to justify charging 30-40 for a haircut. I just want an old fashioned barbershop where you can come in and get a haircut for a fair price. Darrell’s also gives Military and senior discounts, and they don’t up-charge for eyebrows or other minor touch ups. Online reservation means zero wait time and quick turnaround, too. You can request Darrell but the ladies are just as qualified, skilled and pleasant. My favorite is Blake but all are excellent.

Just moved to Purcellville and went to get a haircut for the first time at Darrell's. Called and made an appointment with Brittney. Nice little place and very friendly. She did a great job and very happy found a dependable place with someone like Brittney who listens, knows what she is doing and really enjoys it. Well Done.

It is always with trepidation that I go to a totally new barber. Just moved to the area and my hair could no longer wait. I couldn’t be happier with the service and cut I received from Marvin. One of my best cuts ever. I will of course be back!

Friendly people, great quality cuts and a fair price, what more can you ask for? I would recommend making a booking online or call to schedule an appointment as they are often times too busy to do walk ins.

I lived in Purcellville for over 18 years before I retired and moved away. Darrell cut my hair that entire time (and his wife took care of families healthcare needs). ALWAYS got a good haircut at a fair price. Absolutely love the environment in the barbershop. Little "hole in the wall" place where the locals go. And you know what they say about a "hole in the wall place". If you don't know, it means it's where the locals go to get the best haircut and talk hunting and fishing. When I go back to see my kids and grandkids if I need a haircut I'll stop by Darrell's!

This is my favorite place to get a haircut in town! The barbers will make good conversation while they cut your hair, or if you'd rather have no conversation, they'll make it a quick and clean looking cut. Darrell is in high demand so good luck finding time to squeeze him in, but the other barbers are really good at what they do. They are open now (June 25) by appointment only. They have a couple benches set up outside, so wait there until your name is called!
